  1. Women Empowerment
    1. Spoken English Training Class – Students in School, Women, boys, girls from outside 
    2. Pomegranate and other fruit processing and marketing – Training for this and starting a small unit.
    3. A helping center for family members – Especially wives of jawans (Sangola Taluka is known for giving a big recruitment)
    4. Health care – (examination, investigation and treatment – free of cost) to women above 40 years of age (approx.ly 300 per year)
    5. Financial help on soft loan to SHG members to develop entrepreneurship
    6. System to develop system for repayment of loan – training for volunteers.
    7. Training of all kinds.
  2. Water conservation work –
    1. Providing drinking water tanks
    2. Repairing old percolation tanks
    3. Building new bunds and repairing old.
    4. Cleaning of old wells
    5. Plantation of trees
  3. Quality education
    1. Infrastructures –
      1. Pre – primary-10 Rooms- 400 sq.ft. each
      2. For Vocational training – A hall of 1000 sq.ft.
      3. Well equipped Science Lab- 800 sq.ft.
      4. Guest room to accommodate recourse person.
      5. Room for Gym- for students
      6. Additional urinals for boys and girls.
      7. A parking place – shed for bicycles and 2 wheelers
      8. Painting on walls- formulae, pictures, quotes etc.

      2. 10 more computers in Computer lab for students
      3. Furniture like cupboards, benches, fans etc.
